Debit Cards

To activate your card, log in to Online or Mobile Banking*.

Go to the Menu> Debit Card Controls >My Cards.

Select the card, enter the secure information, then choose Continue to activate it.

If you do not have Digital Banking and need to enroll, click here.

Call 855-426-5166 to activate your card.

To report a lost or stolen card, log in to Online or Mobile Banking*.

Go to Navigation Menu > Debit Card Controls > My Cards.

Select the card and choose Freeze to block new transactions. Recurring payments may still continue.

If you do not have Digital Banking and need to enroll, click here.  After freezing your card, call 800-754-4128 to report it lost or stolen. 

Submitting your card lost, stolen, or damaged will result in the following:

• Permanent card deactivation.
• Change is immediate and not reversible.
• The replacement card will have a new card number.
• Contact companies with which you have established automatic payments and provide those companies with your new debit card number to avoid any disruption in those payments.
• The replacement card will arrive within the next 10-14 business days. 

If you only wish to turn off your card temporarily, complete the following:

• Select Cancel button
• Select Off Card toggle on Manage Cards on the card details page
