Jim has been in the mortgage industry since 1998 when he started his career as a mortgage funding analyst. There he learned the basics of the mortgage world, but ultimately knew he wanted to work with individual clients as a mortgage banker. He quickly transitioned roles and has been originating mortgages since 1999.
Jim’s experience includes retail banking, brokering, wholesale lending, portfolio lending, correspondent mortgage banking, and agency direct lending. This experience has enabled him to understand which channels are most beneficial to his clients so that he can consistently deliver the best results. Jim prides himself on providing a multitude of potential options and scenarios to his clients for financing. After carefully weighing the costs and benefits of the options for each individual client’s situation, he will provide the most cost-effective recommendation to give the client the greatest turn on their investment.
