Getting Started

To enroll in Online Banking, you need to complete the first-time enrollment process by providing the following:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Account number (your Academy Bank Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, or Loan account number)
  • TeleBank PIN - If your TeleBank PIN contains alpha characters, you will need to enter the corresponding numerical values on the telephone key pad. For example, if your TeleBank PIN is "Bank" the corresponding numerical PIN is “2265”.
  • If you need your TeleBank PIN, please call us at (877) 712-2265.
  • Then, you’ll follow the steps to select a unique access ID and password.

With Online Banking, you can:

  • View your account balances, check images, and transactions to easily keep track of your finances.
  • Transfer funds between your accounts at Academy Bank.
  • Pay bills online to anyone, anywhere in the United States.
  • Access up to 18 months of statements.
  • Receive account and security alerts by email or mobile phone.
  • Start a web chat to easily contact us.
  • Apply for a personal loan.

To start a web chat, first log into Online Banking. Then, in upper right-hand corner, look for our chat icon. If the chat icon is active, you can click to begin a chat. If the chat icon is not active, contact us during the hours web chat is available, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT.
